Grief can live in the mind, it can live in the body, the breath, the chest, the belly, the places we hold and the places we avoid.

Walking With Grief is a gentle body-based approach to grief support that honours the deeply human experience of loss through presence, rest, breath, movement, reflection and compassionate witnessing.

Rather than asking grief to disappear, this work creates space to soften around the grief and loss that is being carried.

Some people arrive needing rest. Some need gentle movement. Some need to be seen. Some simply need a space where they don’t have to hold everything alone.

There is no right way to grieve. Only your way.

  • Yoga for Grief is a slow, supportive journey through grief as it lives in the body.

    This is a gentle group experience for those moving through, grief, loss, transition or change.

    Blending Restorative, Yin and Yoga Nidra, breathwork, mythological storytelling, journaling, and gentle ritual, this 6-week series offers space to soften, rest, and remember, without pressure to heal, fix, or move on.

    The series concludes with a free bonus 7th session that includes a nourishing tea ceremony and closing ritual, offering a sense of completion, connection, and care.

    No yoga experience is required. This series is suitable for all bodies and all kinds of loss.

  • A 1:1 grief support container designed to unfold gradually over time.

    This 8 session pathway weaves together breath, restorative practices, somatic awareness, guided rest, mythology, reflection and compassionate presence through a series of themed sessions tailored to your experience.

    Together we gently explore different aspects of grief including rest, witnessing, expression, connection, courage, identity and integration.

    This offering is ideal for those wanting ongoing support and a steady pace to walk alongside grief over time.

  • A 1:1 grief container designed to offer focused support through 4 tailored sessions.

    Using the Bee Curious Somatic Check-In, sessions are gently selected to support what feel most present in the breath and body, the emotional experience, the relationship to grief or daily life and integration.

    This container offers gentle direction and support while allowing the experience to remain collaborative, intuitive and responsive.

    Ideal for those wanting structured support without committing to the full 8 session journey.

  • This single 1:1 session offers intuitive, body-based support for grief exactly as it arrives that day.

    Sessions may include; conversation, breathwork, restorative or yin inspired movement, somatic practices, guided rest and quiet reflection.

    Some people come during acute moments of grief or transition. Others return periodically as part of their ongoing support and self-care.

    There is no expectation to explain everything or “move on”. This is simply a space to soften, breathe and be supported.
