Founder of Just Bee Kind | Yoga Guide & Massage Therapist | Enneagram 9

I’m Katie, a Massage Therapist, Restorative and Yin yoga teacher and a not-so-quiet lover of all things slow, lunar, and grounded. As an Enneagram 9, I’m deeply drawn to creating peaceful spaces. Places where others can soften, exhale, and return to themselves.

My therapeutic oasis, I affectionately call “The Hive at 1205” is a cozy little sanctuary where rest, ritual, and reconnection come together.

Yoga has been a part of my life since my teens, and it’s always been my way of coming back to centre. You’ll find me teaching Yin and Restorative classes, at studios like Alchemy and Spray Lakes. I now offer private yoga and massage sessions, candlelit Yin nights, and seasonal yoga events that support the body’s rhythms and inner quiet.

My yoga teacher training lit a spark of curiosity in me about anatomy and the nervous system, which naturally led me to massage therapy. Loving and therapeutic touch, much like yoga, can offer profound healing and I feel honoured to now offer both modalities as part of my practice.

I joyfully intertwine the grounding touch of holistic massage with hot stones and elements of aromatherapy with the calming influence of my restorative yoga and yoga Nidra background to create the perfect container for your body to fully soften and your nervous system to truly rest.

From aromatherapy massage to tea-and-honey-infused facial experiences, every offering at Just Bee Kind is cultivated with intention, to support the connection between mind, body, and breath. It’s not just a treatment it’s a practice in presence.
